Step 1: Strategy Session
We’ll start with a 30-minute call to discuss your goals, training background, and any pertinent injuries. This helps me get a clear picture of where you’re at and what you need.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an assessment to test your mobility, strength, and aerobic capacity. This step is crucial for understanding your current level and creating the most effective plan for your success.

Using the results from your assessment, I’ll craft a personalized fitness plan that aligns with your unique goals, current abilities, and schedule—ensuring you have the best path forward to achieve success.

My Training Space

Train in a private, well-equipped garage gym designed for real results.
The space includes a full squat rack, adjustable bench, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, plyo box, and conditioning tools like a rower, bikes, treadmill and more. It’s a clean, focused environment with everything we need for strength training, mobility work, and conditioning—without the distractions of a crowded gym.
